Claims may be reported 24/7 through your myArbella account, by calling 1-800-ARBELLA (272-3552) or by using our online report a claim feature. If you are looking for a vehicle appraisal, our claim team will work with you to initiate the process with photographs through Arbella Quick Claim, or we can schedule an appraisal appointment for a convenient date in the future.

What you can expect after you report your insurance claim.

After you report your claim, you will be assigned a claim number and contacted by a Claim Service Specialist. This person will be your dedicated representative. He or she will be knowledgeable, close by, and committed to guiding you through the entire claim process.
