What kind of claim do you have?

Personal Auto

This type of claim applies to accidents and damages involving your personal vehicles—cars, trucks, or motorcycles.

Commercial Auto

You’ll file a commercial auto claim for accidents or damages involving business vehicles—work trucks, delivery vans, company cars, and others.

Personal Property

This type of claim is for your home or property and can apply to a house, condo, or your rental apartment and belongings.

Business Property

You’ll file a business property claim for accidents, crime, and other incidents that occur at your business.


When your personal or business vehicle’s windshield is damaged, you’ll file a glass claim. Depending on the severity, your claim resolution will call for repair or replacement. Here are a few things to know about each method.


  • Chips up to quarter-sized or cracks less than 3 inches long
  • Takes 30 minutes or less
  • Won’t break the factory seal of your windshield
  • Saves on potentially toxic landfill waste
  • Damage obstructs driver’s vision
  • Chips larger than quarter-sized or cracks longer than 3 inches
  • Three or more chips needing repair

Homeowners Liability

This type of claim is for non-auto liability claims made against you arising out of your personal liability.

General Liability

This type of claim is for non-auto liability claims made against your business.

Workers’ Compensation Claims

This type of claim is for your employee who suffers an injury while in the course of their employment.

Auto appraisals and repairs

Once you’ve filed your claim, Arbella has many resources to help get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Arbella Quick Claim

If your vehicle needs to be appraised, you may be able to use Arbella Quick Claim. With this service, customers take and submit photos of the damage in place of an in-person appraisal. Commercial vehicles—excluding heavy equipment and large trucks—can also take advantage of this tool.

Field appraisals

If your vehicle is unsafe to drive or has already been taken to a body shop, don’t panic. We can inspect your vehicle wherever it is convenient for you. Ask your claim representative to set up an appointment.

Drive-in appraisals

Stop by one of Arbella’s drive-in claim centers to have your damage appraised on the spot in as little as 20 minutes.

Local repair shops

Don’t stress about finding the right garage. As an Arbella customer, you have the right to choose any shop to repair your vehicle’s damage, but we can also help you find one.
