When does my first auto pay payment go through?

After you enroll, you’ll receive a letter stating the month in which withdrawals will begin. You will also receive an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) statement approximately 20 days before your first withdrawal indicating the due date and withdrawal amount. If you have a current bill due, you need to pay that bill manually for auto pay to begin. Pay your bill to get started.

If I pay my bill manually while enrolled in auto pay, will my auto pay still pull for that month?

Yes. In the event you want to make a manual payment prior to your auto-draft date, your automatic payment will still be withdrawn unless you cancel your auto pay five days in advance. You can update your auto pay settings whenever you choose.
