Arbella Insurance Group Launches “Arbella Insurance Kid Captain” Program with Boston Bruins
3-year partnership with the Bruins invites youth hockey players to be a part of a professional hockey game
QUINCY, Mass., November 18, 2019 – The Arbella Insurance Group is pleased to announce a new three-year partnership with The Boston Bruins to launch the “Arbella Insurance Kid Captain” program. The program will allow 12 youth hockey players to act as “Kid Captain” at a Bruins home game. This unique opportunity will allow children to live their dream of being part of a professional hockey game in their community.
Each Kid Captain will skate out to the blue line on the TD Garden ice and stand with the Bruins during the singing of the national anthem. Additionally, each Captain will receive a personalized Bruins jersey, four tickets to their respective game, brand new hockey equipment (helmet, gloves, pants & socks) and a VIP experience once at the game.
“We’re very excited about this new partnership with the Bruins that will allow a lucky young hockey player the chance to stand on the ice with the team” said Gayle O'Connell, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at the Arbella Insurance Group. “Sports connect people with their communities and this partnership will help to further the great sense of community between Arbella, the Bruins and youth hockey programs.”
