“I am finally at a company that genuinely wants what is best for me from a work-life balance and career perspective,” said Keisha Pierre, senior IT business analyst. “I've learned so much and continue to grow at Arbella while building so many great relationships with my co-workers. I'm grateful to come to work every day knowing that I love where I work and what I do.”

The Boston Business Journal’s annual “Best Places to Work” program recognizes 80 extra small, small, medium, large and extra large sized businesses whose benefits and unique initiatives put them ahead on the employee satisfaction curve. To select the winners, employees from Massachusetts-based companies participate in an anonymous survey that asks about company benefits, atmosphere, values and loyalty. The results are analyzed by a third-party research firm, and the winners are broken down into five categories based on size.

The 2018 “Best Places to Work” rankings will be released at a June 20 event at Symphony Hall in Boston.
