Payment Assistance

We understand that due to COVID-19, many customers are facing financial difficulties, which may affect your ability to pay your bill. Arbella introduced the "Here. For Good.® Give Back Program" to provide our personal auto customers with a credit to their premium. Click here for details and a list of frequently asked questions.

From April 1 - June 1, 2020, Arbella suspended all cancellations for non-payment and waived all fees for late payment or insufficient funds. We have now returned to our normal payment process. If you would like to discuss further payment accommodations, please call 1-800-Arbella (272-3552) to speak with one of our customer service representatives. Please be aware that call volumes are running higher than normal, and we appreciate your patience during this crisis.

Claim Offices and Drive-Ins

We are currently not admitting visitors to any Arbella offices but our phone lines are open and our employees are ready to serve you. Arbella’s claim drive-in locations are closed. If you would like to report a claim or have your vehicle appraised, please call 1-800-ARBELLA (1-800-272-3552).

Online, Mobile, and Phone Access

We encourage you to use MyArbella to manage your Arbella policies, pay bills, and report claims from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. For assistance with setting up a MyArbella account or for help with billing, policy, and claim inquiries, please call 1-800-ARBELLA (1-800-272-3552). If you do not have a MyArbella account and would like to report a loss, please call the 1-800 number above or visit us online.
