Arbella's drive-in claim centers in Easton, Hyannis, Methuen and Waltham are currently closed to visitors until further notice. We expect this to change in the coming months. If you would like to report a claim, you may do so 24/7 through your myArbella account, by calling 1-800-ARBELLA (272-3552) or by using’s report a claim feature.

If your vehicle needs to be appraised, our claim team will work with you to initiate the process with photographs through Arbella Quick Claim, or we can schedule an appraisal appointment for a convenient date in the future.
