The Arbella Insurance Foundation strives to be an industry leader in promoting safe driving decisions and has therefore partnered with several initiatives to lower the incidence of this dangerous behavior. One of the programs we sponsor that has had great success is the Bandwagon Designated Driver program.
The Bandwagon program provides complimentary soft drinks to concertgoers at the Xfinity Center and Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion who pledge to be designated drivers for their groups. When patrons arrive at each venue, they are afforded the opportunity to sign up as a designated driver at a marked Arbella Bandwagon tent. Participants are then given a branded cup, bracelets, and drink vouchers that they can use to get fountain drinks.
In addition to receiving free soft drinks at the concerts, participants are entered into a drawing for the Designated Driver of the year award. The winner receives a $1,000 gift certificate to be used for purchasing Live Nation concert tickets. Arbella Insurance Group employees volunteer to assist Live Nation to promote the important safe driving message at both venues.
